Batman Returns

A mysterious "Penguin-like" man appears out of the sewers of Gotham and desires acceptance from the people of Gotham. Penguin gets badboy businessman Max Schreck to help him become Mayor of Gotham and the two concoct a plan to besmirch the Dark Knight's reputation. Selina Kyle is thrown from the top of a building and is transformed into Catwoman - a cunning figure who has the same personality disorder as Batman. The Dark Knight must attempt to clear his name.
